Delivery & Returns

UK : All footwear will be shipped FREE within the UK using Royal Mail signed and tracked delivered within two days normally.

URGENT ORDERS : Please ring our store on 01642 791952 and we will do our utmost to fulfil your order and arrange next day delivery guaranteed at a cost of £5.99 per order. Orders need to be placed before 2pm for the delivery to be made the following working day.(Orders placed after Friday 2pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Collect in store :  'Click and Collect' :

You can choose to have your order delivered to The Shoe Box Yarm shop free of charge, this is called 'Click and Collect'.

If you select 'Click and Collect' the goods will be ready and waiting for you at our store usually within 48 hours.

Click and Collect Procedure

3 .Add to bag

4. To the right of the page you will see checkout options, click on the 'Shipping method' drop down box and choose 'Collect in store'.

Continue with the rest of your purchase as normal, any problems please feel free to ring our shop on 01642 791952 to reserve your items and we will be happy to assist you further.

You will be contacted by our store when your order is ready to pick up.

Please bring the following items with you :

Proof of purchase – a copy or a note of your invoice number will be required. 

Your payment card (if you used a credit or debit card). We are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card. This is for your own protection against fraud.

Reserving items in store :

If you would prefer to pay on collection, please ring our shop to reserve your items on 01642 791952 and we will be happy to assist you. 

1. All items must be returned within fourteen days, unworn and in their original condition. Please ensure that shoes are only tried on indoors preferably on soft carpeted surfaces.

2. Items must be returned with a completed returns form, please download the 'Returns PDF Form' shown below, complete this form and place it in your parcel, or put a copy of the original invoice in with your return stating the reason why it has been returned to us.
3. Please use the plastic waterproof bag that your items arrived in to return your product to us, do not attach tape or mark the box in anyway as it has to be re-sold in perfect condition.
4. Returns should be taken to your post office where you must obtain a 'proof of postage', this is your receipt should any items go astray and should be kept in a safe place until you have received your refund. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost if you have not kept your proof of postage.
Alternatively 'My Hermes' is an economical way to return a parcel, they will collect from your property and it is a fully trackable service. Simply go to the website and follow their easy instructions.
5. We will process your return the same day where possible please allow up to ten working days for the refund to show as a credit in your account.
6. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can request an exchange for an alternative, or we can issue you with a refund-no problem. Shipping charges for the returned goods will be paid for by you the customer.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or that we have sent you the wrong product, please return it within 7 days to the above address at the Shoe Box Yarm, following the same terms and conditions for returns and we will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund.

Lost parcels :

It is rare for a parcel to go missing, but if this should happen please note that we will not be able to enter a claim with Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed.
